  • 14 wall balls
  • 7 burpees

-rest 3-minutes w/partner after 5 rounds

  • 7 pull ups
  • 14 push ups

100 cal row/ski

  • partners will work at the same time but cannot switch movements until both have complete all reps
  • P1: starts with wall balls
  • P2: starts with burpees
  • once reps are completed switch stations, follow this pattern for 5 rounds. Then repeat style for next set of exercises for 5 rounds.
  • chip away at cardio in any break down
