- 14 wall balls
- 7 burpees
-rest 3-minutes w/partner after 5 rounds

- 7 pull ups
- 14 push ups

- partners will work at the same time but cannot switch movements until both have complete all reps
- P1: starts with wall balls
- P2: starts with burpees
- once reps are completed switch stations, follow this pattern for 5 rounds. Then repeat style for next set of exercises for 5 rounds.
